Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP FICO solutions in complex transformation projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to global clients, engaging with business leaders to define strategy and roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership within the SAP FICO domain and contribute to practice development.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants , fostering knowledge-sharing and capability growth.
• Support pre-sales, bids, and proposals , shaping innovative solutions that win new business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SAP FICO Senior/Principal Consultant with end-to-end implementation expertise .
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, controlling, integration with other modules, and Fiori.
• A track record of leading teams and delivering large-scale programmes .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives .
