Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive social media strategy across all TDS Group and partner brands.
• Create, schedule and publish daily, engaging, on-brand content to increase awareness, build reputation and drive customer engagement.
• Develop paid lead generation advertising campaigns to support KPIs.
• Continuously measure, analyse and report on campaign performance against agreed success metrics.
• Research and evaluate social media trends, competitor activity and industry innovations, bringing forward new ideas and tactics.
• Represent the business at industry events where appropriate, supporting brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with colleagues across the company and with our partners to ensure alignment with wider campaigns and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Show at least 3 years’ experience in a digital communications and marketing role.
• Use Hootsuite confidently to manage and schedule content.
• Evidence a proven track record of growing social following and engagement, running successful paid marketing campaigns, and measuring/reporting on ROI.
• Apply basic knowledge of digital photography (desirable).
• Use Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite at a basic level (desirable).
