The Role
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join its London investment team. The successful candidate will play an integral role across the full investment cycle, including origination, execution, portfolio management, and exit processes. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre team and gain broad exposure to transactions across both Core+ and Value-Add infrastructure, including significant deal flow in healthcare infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the investment process, including market research, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Build detailed financial models and investment committee materials.
- Conduct sector and company-level analysis to identify new opportunities in infrastructure sub-sectors such as energy, healthcare, digital, and transportation.
- Contribute to the development of investment theses and value-creation strategies.
- Work closely with senior team members and management teams of portfolio companies on post-investment monitoring and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders during due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Prepare and present internal materials for investment committees and portfolio reviews.
Candidate Profile
- 2β5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure advisory.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with advanced financial modelling capability.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, healthcare, or related sectors preferred.
- Proven deal execution exposure, including financial analysis, due diligence, and process management.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
