🚀 Head of Information Technology Services

Overview

Head of IT Systems (non-profit organisation) – Hybrid – Midlands. IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a Midlands based local government client to support them in finding a Head of IT Systems on a permanent basis. In this role you'll work closely with the SLT and wider teams to develop & implement the IT strategy to meet the business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for all IT Services across the organisation supporting across in-house software and hardware, infrastructure networks and 3rd party vendor management. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll need experience structuring and running an IT function.

Qualifications

• Experience of progressive IT leadership or senior management.
• Successfully led and managed an IT service function with experience of operational budget management and network infrastructure.
• Keep updated on changes to IT and relevant technologies, to ensure the organisation remains compliant and demonstrates best practice.
• A solid grasp of cyber security and information governance.
• Evidence of successful stakeholder management.
• Experience of developing and leading Technology change within an organisation taking advantage of IT to provide innovative solutions to the firm.
