Overview

The Role

  • Leading and developing a team of Onboarding and Contract Administrators
  • Managing the preparation, issuing and tracking of employment contracts
  • Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new starters
  • Collaborating with legal and HR teams to maintain compliant contract templates
  • Driving process improvements and monitoring performance against SLAs

Responsibilities and Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in HR administration, contracts management or onboarding coordination
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Essential:
  • Relevant experience in HR or contract administration
Preferred:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Experience with digital contract management platforms
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools and HR software

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
