Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong experience in financial management and strategic planning within a not-for-profit environment.
• Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial reports.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial risks effectively.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
