We\u2019re Hiring: Senior Process Quality Excellence Specialist (SPQES)

Department: Global Clinical Sciences and Operations (GCSO)

Are you passionate about driving quality and compliance in clinical development? We\u2019re looking for a Senior Process Quality Excellence Specialist (SPQES) to help shape and maintain clinical quality systems across GCSO.

In this pivotal role, you\u2019ll support the Head of Process Quality Excellence in ensuring clinical operations meet the highest standards of GCP, GLP, and PV compliance. You\u2019ll collaborate across functions, lead inspection readiness initiatives, and help build a robust quality infrastructure that supports global clinical excellence.

• Partner with the Head of Process Quality Excellence to develop and refine quality systems, SOPs, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Global Quality, Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and strategic partners to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Lead inspection readiness activities across GCSO and support audit/inspection planning and execution.
• Represent GCSO during internal and external audits/inspections and assist in response preparation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in global Quality Assurance or Clinical Development.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and GVP, with hands-on experience in global audits and inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SOP writing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
