🚀 Head of Maths and Computing

Overview

We are seeking a Senior School Head of Maths and Computing to provide leadership of the department and to inspire children to achieve their full potential. You will be a visible leader of the department with high expectations of behaviour, pastoral care and educational standards. Furthermore, you will ensure that all the children in secondary are able to learn and achieve to the best of their ability through coaching and support and to ensure the school provision meets the expected standards and delivers strong progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Mathematics and Computing department and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Be a visible leader with high expectations of behaviour, pastoral care and educational standards.
• Coach and support teaching staff to ensure the provision meets expected standards and delivers strong progress and outcomes for students.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in school leadership or senior management within Maths and Computing preferred.
• Strong commitment to pastoral care, behaviour management and high educational standards.
• Ability to work within the school’s Christian values of love, belonging and service.
