About the Role

We invite you to join our vibrant London office as a Principal Economics Consultant. You will lead projects that shape communities, champion sustainable growth, and leave a lasting impact across the UK.

Key Projects (examples)

• Soapworks, Salford – social value action plan for a mixed‑use neighbourhood.
• Kirklees Cultural Heart – socioeconomic chapter and health impact assessment for Huddersfield town centre regeneration.
• Wisbech Gateway – economic benefits analysis for a commercial/industrial gateway development.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Economics, Human Geography or a related subject.
• Experience leading complex economic appraisals – BCR, VfM.
• Business case development – Green Book compliant.
• Social value – wellbeing and economic value generation.
• Socio‑economic inputs – Benefits Statements, Environment Statement, HEA, Employment, Equality Impact Assessments.

You will lead projects, present analysis to colleagues and clients, and attend conferences and seminars. Projects span residential, regeneration, town expansion, retail, commercial, logistics, energy and leisure.
