We’re seeking experienced Senior Design Managers to join our expanding teams, working on major infrastructure and non‑infrastructure projects across the South of England.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design and deliver high‑impact water projects, including clean water treatment, wastewater treatment, flooding, and urban drainage.
• Partner with top water clients across the UK & Ireland, shaping the future of the industry.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver best value and client service excellence.
• Plan technical delivery, identify innovative and sustainable solutions, and drive multidisciplinary execution from concept through detailed design.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire, and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions. You will:

• Hold a degree in engineering (or equivalent) and be chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g. ICE). Support to achieve chartered status is provided if required.
• Have experience leading multidisciplinary teams within the engineering or utilities sectors, delivering expert design solutions to clientele.
• Possess strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
