Join the Technical Services Team supporting the Department of Chemistry’s research laboratories and associated infrastructure at the University of Warwick.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality technical support to staff, students and visitors.
- Work flexibly with staff across the department and the wider technical services team to achieve a high standard of support.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Department, working independently in a busy environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Can‑do attitude with desire to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- Previous experience of manual handling and chemical waste handling (advantage).
- Basic working knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- Experience of inputting into databases and maintaining manual/electronic records.
