🚀 Store Unit Manager

Overview

The business is expanding further and we are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for our menswear store unit based within Ross Labels Ltd, Labels Outlet Shopping, Overross, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7QJ.

This is a superb opportunity to join our well-established yet ever-growing company, in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store unit and team
• Organise staff rotas
• Drive sales and deliver high levels of customer service
• Merchandise stock effectively
• Operate the till and card machine

Salary and Benefits

• £24,375 basic (£12.50 per hour) plus excellent bonus and commission, £27.5K OTE
• Commission scheme payable on team sales, not an individual target
• 28 days holiday

Hours

37.5 hours per week between store opening times. More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment
