Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
• Take part in whole‑school initiatives and CPD activities.
• Support the school's ethos of inclusion, aspiration, and respect.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
• A passion for English literature and language, with the ability to inspire students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Availability to start from January 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis.
