Principal Highways Development Coordinator needed in Gloucester Paying £51,356 per annum ref

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on highway development control matters, including planning application reviews and transport assessments.
• Provide expert advice on highway design, safety, and policy compliance.
• Liaise with developers, planners, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of infrastructure.
• Manage Section 38 and 278 agreements and ensure timely implementation.
• Support strategic transport planning and contribute to local development frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with statutory and technical standards.
