Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a similar project
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid certification, Scaffold ticket
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving License
