£45,272 gross per annum

You will work closely with colleagues across HR, Estates, IT, Communications, and staff networks to support disabled, neurodivergent, and long‑term health staff. Your role will lead UKRI’s progression to Disability Confident Level 3, coordinate the Disability Smart self‑assessment, and develop practical tools, training, and resources to build inclusive capability. You will also strengthen evidence, improve accessibility, and ensure lived experience informs policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of disability, neurodiversity, and long‑term health conditions and how these relate to equality and inclusion.
• Experience driving positive change for disability inclusion.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build trust with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Skill in developing practical resources and delivering training to support inclusive workplaces.
• Confidence using data and lived experience to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
