About The Role

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Personal Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling role with excellent prospects. As a key member of the team, you’ll influence the development of the practice and have People Management and Business Development responsibilities. The role offers flexible hybrid working, allowing you to work from the office, home or client site.

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to manage, develop and coach the tax team, including recruiting new members.
• Build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and deliver quality trusted adviser services.
• Maintain and expand a local network of contacts to support business development.

About You

• Appropriately qualified with experience in a tax environment.
• A strong business developer who can build contacts within the local business community.
• A great people manager who enjoys developing and coaching their team.
• Highly commercial with a drive to contribute to Bishop Fleming’s growth.
