Location: Hybrid – remote work with client site travel in the UK.

Role Summary

Ebeni is hiring a Senior or Principal Systems Engineer to strengthen its Systems Engineering capability across multiple domains. The role involves shaping, leading and delivering complex projects, including bid support, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical focus on client projects and author complex technical documents.
• Explain and solve technical problems, providing advice to clients and partners.
• Build positive client relationships and negotiate scope changes.
• Oversee the production of Systems Engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and bid management, ensuring efficient project accounting and timely provision of technical matters.
• Provide technical leadership, monitor progress, and identify solutions to issues.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in Systems Engineering techniques, especially Requirements Engineering and Model‑Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience with architectural frameworks and modelling techniques such as NATO Architecture Framework (NAF), TOGAF, UML and SysML.
• Proficiency with requirements and architectural modelling tools (Enterprise Architect, MooD, DOORS, Paradigm).
• Strong persuasive and influencing skills, acting as a technical authority and introducing new techniques and methodologies.
• Analytical, creative thinker with strong decision‑making and presentation skills for large external groups.
• Ability to apply experience from previous projects to new technologies or business areas.
