Your Role

• Lead your team in delivering high‑quality care and education, rooted in our Where Children Shine curriculum and the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating space where children are free to move, explore, and learn – no bouncers and no forced seating, just authentic play.
• Support daily operations through strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation.
• Mentor and coach your team with empathy, using tools such as peer observations and reflective meetings to foster growth.
• Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Experience leading a nursery room and mentoring staff.
• A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to child‑led learning.
• Proven ability to uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
• A can‑do attitude, creative thinking, and a genuine love for working with children and families.
