Responsibilities

• Lead and develop: Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and operational standards.
• Drive success: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and deliver on key KPIs and revenue targets.
• Customer experience: Create a welcoming, well‑run environment where every visitor leaves with a great impression.
• Community engagement: Build strong local partnerships, promote the venue on social media, and grow footfall and repeat business.
• Operational excellence: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Club Manager, or Store Manager in retail, hospitality, or leisure
• A hands‑on leadership style — you lead by example and bring out the best in your team
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of hitting targets
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and the confidence to make decisions that drive results
