What We Need

A GTM Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of elite operators. You’ll oversee client delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns are high-converting, relationships are strong, and results are consistent.

This role is ideal for someone who’s run their own lead gen or outbound agency and now wants more stability, structure, and scale - with full access to every tool, process, and support system to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of GTM Engineers
• Oversee campaign quality, delivery, and client retention
• Optimise outbound systems using Clay, Smartlead, and Make
• Maintain direct communication with key clients and drive strategic results
• Develop processes and frameworks to scale performance across accounts

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in GTM Engineering (Clay, Smartlead, Make)
• 2+ years leading teams in a client-facing or agency environment
• Exceptional English fluency (native or near-native)
• Strong understanding of outbound strategy and deliverability
• Proven client management and communication skills
• Experience as an ex-agency owner or team lead is a strong plus

Earning potential

• $4-6k per month (based on experience)
