Trainee Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor

You’ll gain hands‑on site experience while being fully supported by our experienced HSE Manager and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and learn the fundamentals of HSE management.
• Assist with site inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Help deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings.
• Maintain and update safety records and documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations and data analysis.
• Promote Firmacore’s culture of continuous safety improvement.

Training & Qualifications Provided

• NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction
• Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS)
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
• First Aid at Work, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, and more

Details

• Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday – Friday
• Start Date: 1st November 2025
• Location: Gloucester (with site visits across the South West)
• Salary: Discussed at interview
• Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence
