The Role

As Vice Principal Pastoral, you will play a pivotal role in the next phase of our academys growth, joining the senior leadership team to shape our culture and champion student wellbeing. You will lead the development of a robust pastoral strategy, ensuring that every student feels supported, valued, and able to reach their full potential. By promoting positive behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion, you will help create a harmonious and aspirational environment where students flourish both in and beyond the classroom.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive pastoral strategy.
• Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion across the academy.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
• Drive continuous improvement and secure outstanding outcomes for all students.
