Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Engineer located in Chelmsford. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining production equipment, conducting routine inspections, diagnosing and solving technical issues, optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with the technical team to develop and implement new engineering solutions. Additionally, the Engineer will be expected to document maintenance activities and adhere to Raynor Foods’ standards of production excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production equipment maintenance and technical issue diagnosis
• Experience with optimizing production processes and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to develop engineering solutions
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Engineering qualifications
• Experience in the food production industry is a plus
