What You’ll Do

• Support the GM and Restaurant Manager in leading a front‑of‑house team that delivers exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure top‑notch service and food quality, every time
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team through briefings, 1:1s, and hands‑on support
• Maintain smooth operations—monitor ticket times, guest satisfaction, and quality standards
• Create a memorable vibe for our guests – perfect lighting, music, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Know our menu inside and out, confidently recommend dishes, and engage with guests
