Safety & Wellbeing Officer – Clarion Housing Group Limited

• Salary: £36,469 – £43,307 per annum
• Location: Bromley – Ashgrove Road
• Hours: 36 per week
• Contract type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment
• Hybrid role – base at Bromley office, travel to Stevenage quarterly and other regional sites

Role Overview

Make a difference to safety and wellbeing for over 4,000 colleagues across the largest Housing Association in the country. This wide‑ranging role requires confidence, empathy, strong communication, and excellent time‑management to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety & wellbeing advice and ensure compliance.
• Author and deliver safety and wellbeing training.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Organise internal communication campaigns on health, safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation with proven practical application.
• Recognised DSE assessor qualification and experience conducting ergonomic assessments.
• Mental Health First Aid qualification.
• Experience facilitating virtual and face‑to‑face training.
• Eligible to work in the UK, must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
