About the Role

As a Front‑of‑House Team Member you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while upholding our high standards of service, safety, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Greet guests, take reservations and bookings, and provide product knowledge of all dishes.
• Promote menus to maximise sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and team members, complying with Health & Safety and allergen controls.
• Complete all training modules and ensure you are fully aware of safety procedures.
• Deliver the highest standard of service through a strong understanding of all products.
• Participate in team meetings, briefings and use the YO! 360 platform for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.
• Contribute to the profitability and success of the restaurant.
• Complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner as prescribed.

• Previous background in a similar restaurant environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive disposition and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong team player who enjoys supporting teammates.
• Committed to the safety of the team and guests.
• Willing to learn and embrace challenges head‑on.
