Recruitment Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Temporary, 12 months
Location: Hybrid (Base Location – Slough)
Pay Rate: Circa ÂŁ24-27,000 + Bonus

Job Purpose
Join Manpower, a global leader in recruitment, as we expand our temporary staffing services for a major FMCG client. This hybrid, full-time role is based partly on-site in Slough (minimum two day per week) and offers a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
Working alongside our existing talent and enterprise team, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates to work on temporary vacancies across all FMCG functions, at all levels and on all UK client sites. You will be responsible for liaising with the client hiring managers and applicants. CV pre‑screening, submitting CVs and arranging interviews, making job offers and completing activity reports.
Principal Accountabilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract suitable candidates for temporary vacancies across various industries and levels within the UK.
- Social media and Advertising: Use social media and advertising platforms to attract candidates.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with client hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.
- CV Pre‑screening: Review and pre‑screen CVs to ensure candidates meet the necessary criteria.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Offers: Make job offers to successful candidates and initiate the onboarding process.
- Activity Reporting: Complete and maintain activity reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure 100% fulfilment of service level agreements by maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication: Utilise excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and candidates.
- Organisation and Prioritisation: Manage and prioritise a fluctuating workload effectively.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in resourcing within the recruitment industry or a closely related field (e.g., internal talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce planning).
- Experience working with FMCG clients would be an advantage.
- Effective communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management with experience of working to SLA’s and deadlines.
- Strong IT skills & Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software.
