🚀 Housing Caseworker

Overview

Housing Caseworker at Citizens Advice in Hounslow. The role aims to prevent homelessness, improve tenant wellbeing and foster a secure and sustainable housing situation for vulnerable individuals and families in the private rental sector. The position involves travel between outreaches across the London Borough of Hounslow.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide independent homelessness prevention advice, support and casework on issues in privately rented accommodation (e.g., possession notices, disrepair, illegal evictions).


• Ensure high quality of advice is maintained at all times.


• Promote research & campaign work in accordance with the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.


• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required to meet service needs.
