Overview

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers, turning their clients’ dream kitchens into reality. You will meet end users in their homes, listen to their vision, clearly understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will then plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for design and utility, and negotiate with Trade customers while promoting the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences that lead to sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer service
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments
• Eye for design
• Previous sales experience
• Prioritisation and organisation skills
• Curious learner
• Results driven
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Previous design (CAD) experience preferred, but not essential

Training

We offer face‑to‑face and online training through Howdens Academy – covering kitchen measuring & compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills.
