🚀 Telesales Executive ( Temporary)

Overall Purpose of Position To help grow and develop sales by assisting inbound telesales calls to both existing Collins Customers and the expected increase in volume calls for the Dairy Diary. To ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of sales orders and ensuring follow-through. Main Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that all scheduled outgoing/incoming calls are completed on time Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently Ensure company SLA is always achieved Continuously drive sales to ensure target is achieved Build excellent relationships with existing and new customers Respond to all customer enquiries efficiently and professionally Provide advice and guidance to customers on company products Provide an efficient after-sales service Ensure all customer complaints are handled in professional manner, ensuring a timely resolution to the complaint. Any other duties as required. Person Specification Education/Qualifications N/A Experience Previous telesales experience in a commercial environment Track record of achieving sales targets Experience working with the public Previous E-commerce experience Knowledge Word and excel Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone manner Good admin Skills Personal Style and Behaviour Results orientated Good Team Player Outgoing Personality Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative Salary: GBP23,000/- per annum plus sales incentive Availability: able to start immediately Our office is located at 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
