Financial Administrator We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join a well-established and professional financial services firm. This is a key administrative position within a busy office environment, providing high-quality support to financial advisers and clients. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and prior experience in financial planning administration. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of financial planning, including pensions, investments, and protection. Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally. Prepare client review packs and process new business applications accurately. Liaise with product providers and ensure all client records are updated and maintained in line with company procedures. Coordinate adviser diaries, arrange meetings, and prepare relevant documentation. Ensure compliance standards are consistently upheld in all client interactions and record-keeping. Produce clear and accurate correspondence, ensuring a high standard of grammar, spelling, and presentation. Provide general office administration and back-office support as required. Key Requirements Proven experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams ) and confident with CRM and financial planning systems (experience with IO and platform technology preferred). Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise workload effectively. Professional, adaptable, and able to manage relationships with clients and third parties with confidence and discretion. Analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve efficiently. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
