Global Head of Workplace Langley, Berkshire, UK (Global HQ) Permanent | Full-Time About the Role As Global Head of Workplace, you’ll lead the strategy and operations for real estate, facilities, health & safety, and corporate travel security across international locations. You’ll be the driving force behind spaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and belonging—while ensuring compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Real Estate & Finance Lead global estate strategies and ESG reporting. Oversee space planning, fit-outs, and tech-enabled workplace solutions. Manage Opex/Capex budgets and lease negotiations. Facilities Management Partner with local teams on facilities, contracts, and events. Ensure infrastructure, security systems, and supplier compliance. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills. ️ Health & Safety Act as the ‘competent person’ for Health & Safety policy. Ensure compliance with international laws (e.g., OSHA, Modern Slavery Act). Establish and monitor best practices across all regions. ✈️ Corporate Travel Security Safeguard employees during travel and international assignments. Lead crisis response and coordinate with senior leadership. Liaise with medical/security providers and improve emergency readiness. Who You Are Experienced in international real estate acquisition and lease management. A skilled people leader who develops high-performing teams. Financially savvy with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and organized, thriving in change and transformation. Excellent at stakeholder engagement across all levels. Familiarity with AI tools in real estate management is a plus. Knowledgeable in ESG and Health & Safety practices. Why Join?
