About Us We are a leading, nationwide property developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across the UK. With a growing pipeline of developments in the Oxfordshire region, we are expanding our local team and are seeking a skilled Document Controller to support our operations on-site and in the office. The Role As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our construction projects by managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is distributed across teams, with a strong emphasis on utilising Fieldview to support our digital field management processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the control of all project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with company and project procedures Maintain and update Fieldview to ensure real-time tracking of quality, safety, and progress on-site Liaise with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and head office to ensure consistent document flow Track document approvals and ensure timely distribution of information Implement document control procedures and improve digital workflows where possible Support project teams with document version control, drawing registers, and audit compliance Act as a point of contact for Fieldview support and training within the Oxford division Requirements Proven experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry Strong working knowledge of Fieldview (Viewpoint) is essential Familiarity with other document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, 4Projects) is a plus Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across live projects High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
