We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to?play a vital role in supporting our Partnership Management team and ensuring our commercial partners receive world-class service. From behind-the-scenes coordination to hands-on event support, you?ll be the glue that keeps our partnerships running smoothly - managing systems, streamlining processes, and helping bring our brand promises to life. What You?ll Be Doing Maintain team documents, critical paths, and systems for year-round efficiency Managing a portfolio of select commercial partners. Provide administrative support including diary management, CRM updates (Delphi), and reporting Act as a key liaison for internal teams and external partner contacts Deliver contracted rights for select partners - ticketing, branding, sponsorship assessments Provide on-the-ground support at Goodwood events to ensure partner satisfaction ? What you'll have Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Delphi a plus) Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting, and back-office tools Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience in administration, finance support, or partnerships preferred Own or reliable transport essential due to our countryside location ?
