Contract Details Contract Rate: ยฃ20 per hour via Hays PAYE Location: Sheffield (hybrid โ€“ three times per week on-site) Contract Length: 13 weeks (with visibility to extend) Key Responsibilities Identify and verify the correct customer contacts using internal systems and public sources. Make outbound calls to inform customers about upcoming service retirements. Handle inbound queries with professionalism and empathy. Explain available options, including service termination, migration, or upgrades. Facilitate smooth transitions to new services or equipment. Accurately log all customer interactions for follow-up and tracking. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer journeys. Key Requirements Experience in both outbound and inbound customer service roles. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Customer-first mindset with adaptability to different customer needs. Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software. Team-oriented with a proactive and resilient attitude.
