Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for a Sales Consultant/Personal Shopper. The day-to-day tasks include providing personalised shopping experiences; assisting customers in finding their perfect wedding dress and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves local networking and participating in in-store events and trunk shows to showcase new collections and designers. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Customer Service. Strong Communication skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Expertise in personal shopping to understand customer needs and preferences. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
