HR Manager - Part-Time On-Site (Chelmsford/Colchester corridor) 2–3 days per week (flexible) Salary - £50,000pa FTE We are partnering with a dynamic SME that’s looking for a commercially astute, Level 7 CIPD-qualified HR professional to join them on a part-time basis. This is a strategic role supporting both leadership and wider teams—ideal for someone who blends legal rigour with cultural sensitivity and thrives in fast-paced, ideas-led environments.
