More specifically: Health & Safety Management System Implementation Legal Compliance & Risk Management Incident & Accident Management Health & Safety Training & Awareness Workplace Inspections & Audits Stakeholder Engagement Performance Monitoring & Reporting Continuous Professional Development * More detailed job specification available to shortlisted applicants before interview You will have To be successful as Health and Safety Manager/H&S Manager, you will have a healthy mix of the following: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field; OR a relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH National General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent). Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations. Ideally 1–3 years of practical experience in a health and safety role, preferably within a manufacturing, office, or similar environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation (e.g., HSWA 1974, Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999). Valid driving license (as travel between sites is required).
