We are looking for a General Manager to lead this flagship Dealerships , accountable for every aspect of the business. The Role As General Manager, you will: Lead performance across all departments , delivering strong financial results and ensuring operational excellence in Service, Parts, Workshop, Sales and Invoicing. Champion customer satisfaction , ensuring every touchpoint meets brand standards, FCA regulations, and consistently delivers market-leading service. Inspire and develop your team , motivating colleagues through structured training, coaching, and progression pathways, while creating a culture of accountability and success. Drive efficiency and compliance , ensuring policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, with health and safety prioritised for both colleagues and customers. Foster manufacturer partnerships , building strong relationships with Honda and ensuring strategies, policies, and brand standards are consistently exceeded.
