Project Manager – Prime Residential Construction Central London | £80,000–£90,000 package We’re working with a well respected prime residential contractor , known for delivering prime refurbishments and bespoke new builds in the capital’s most prestigious postcodes. With 10 current live projects ranging from £2m to £15m and a portfolio that combines heritage, modern luxury, and world-class craftsmanship, this is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take ownership of elite-level work. The Opportunity: You'll be joining the business to lead a circa. £10m full refurbishment of a 5-storey private residence in prime central London – a complex, high-spec build involving meticulous detailing, luxury finishes, and collaboration with top-tier designers and consultants. As Project Manager , you will run the site end-to-end, taking full responsibility for programme, quality, subcontractor coordination, and client liaison. You'll be empowered to lead from the front, backed by a highly experienced leadership team. We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments – ideally in London. Strong understanding of luxury finishes , detailing, and working in live or logistically challenging environments. Confident coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and quality, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with clients, architects, and consultants. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
