The Role As a Graduate Simulation & Control Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one. Working within a small, highly technical team, you’ll: Commission robotic control software for advanced simulation systems, both on-site and at customer locations Evaluate, test, and improve the performance of physical simulator platforms Integrate electrical and control subsystems into complete simulation solutions Use real-time telemetry to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues Build and operate test rigs using sensors, actuators, and real-time control systems Support and improve simulator performance in live environments What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for a high-achieving, early-career engineer with a strong academic background and a passion for solving real-world technical challenges.
