🚀 Construction Superintendent

You will be joining an established General Contractor specializing in Multifamily wrap and podium projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up wood frame multifamily projects in excess of $30MM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the job site and each of the trades
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the project
• Ensure the project stays on time to project schedule and budget
• Carry out OSHA compliance checks, inspections, and walk throughs

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground up multifamily wood frame projects in excess of $30MM
• OSHA 30 certified
• Procore certified or equivalent experience
