Position Summary  

We are hiring Surgical Neurophysiologist Technologists to support growing service demand in (Insert City/Region). This role is critical to ensuring patient safety and communication during complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and nervous system. 

Responsibilities  

• Set up and operate IONM equipment in the operating room 
• Monitor neurophysiological signals during surgery and report significant changes 
• Work under direct or remote supervision depending on experience level 
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow hospital protocols 
• Participate in continuing education and training as appropriate to role 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred 
• Eagerness to learn, reliable, and composed in clinical environments 
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail 
• 1+ years of independent IONM experience 
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (SSEPs, EMG, MEPs, etc.)
