About the Company

We are looking for one or more therapists, social workers, or psychologists to join our thriving group practice in the Brookside/Waldo area of Kansas City. We currently have a waitlist of clients that are interested in services.

About the Role

As this is a 1099 position, the therapist would be fully autonomous and able to work in the office and/or from home, as long as they operate with strong ethics and clinical competence. Our skilled office manager handles all billing and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to clients on the waitlist.
• Maintain strong ethical standards and clinical competence.
• Work autonomously in the office and/or from home.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist, social worker, or psychologist.

Required Skills

• Strong ethical standards.
• Clinical competence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a private practice setting.
• Experience with evidenced-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, ACT, etc.

Pay range and benefits

As this is a 1099 position, you determine how much your pay will be based on the number of clients that you treat. Carrying a full caseload will ensure that you make at least $100,000. Similar to other 1099 positions, we do not provide health insurance, and you must maintain your own liability insurance.
