Shift Details : M-F, 2 late shifts (that is the requirement for bilingual agents). Hybrid position

General Description:

• Finding Provider(s)/Services for members
• Responsible for all benefits information given to Members and Providers.
• Responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues.
• Answer billing/claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members.

Education:

• High school Degree required,
