Job Title: Escrow Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site, Monday – Friday)

Position Overview:

This position presents an opportunity for a seasoned leader to step into a strategic and collaborative role with room for impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day escrow operations, ensuring timely and accurate closings
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of escrow professionals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with Florida escrow/title laws and internal policies
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain high service standards in a high-volume environment (75–80 closings/month)
• Contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving within the department

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of escrow/title experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Florida Escrow/Title License required for candidates currently residing in Florida
