Rapidly growing SFR Owner/Operator is seeking a Construction Super to oversee site-level rehab and renovation work. This role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating vendor crews, conducting site inspections, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong construction knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day job site activities for assigned renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with vendor crews and ensure work is performed according to scope.
  • Conduct quality inspections and document progress using mobile platforms.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues that could delay completion.
  • Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate project updates to the Director of Projects and internal teams.
  • Complete final punch list walk-throughs and verify project readiness for turnover.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in residential construction, renovations, or field supervision.
  • Experience working with vendors or subcontractors in the single-family rental (SFR) industry.
  • Experience using construction management software such as SiteCapture
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and other ERP systems.
  • Comfortable with mobile apps, photo documentation, and remote reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices.
  • Ability to oversee multiple job sites and manage vendor crews.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction timelines, punch lists, and scopes of work.
