🚀 Project Manager

Our client is a well-established Commercial/Industrial General Contractor that is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC. They are known for building large commercial and industrial projects in markets like pharmaceutical, life sciences, mission critical, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, and a variety of other high-profile work.

Title : Project Manager

Start Date : October, 2025

Location : Charleston, SC

Base Pay Range : $95k-115k depending on experience

Additional Benefits: Phone/Vehicle allowance, bonus, full benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Other standard duties

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirement
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Managment, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience being a Project Manager leading commercial or industrial construction projects
• Prior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor is strongly preferred, but experience with a major subcontractor will be considered
