Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and clients in the assigned region. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and working with marketing to develop promotional materials and strategies. They will also be responsible for achieving overall sales targets and regional growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus
